Refund policy

At LBA174 Studios Limited, each item is made to order and fulfilled by our trusted production partner. Because of this, we are only able to offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges for items that are faulty, damaged, misprinted, or not as ordered.


What You Can Do

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • The item is defective or damaged

  • The item is misprinted or incorrect

  • You received the wrong item

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  1. Contact us within 14 days of the delivery of your order at: contact@lba174.co.uk. Claims submitted after 14 days of delivery may not be eligible for review.

  2. Include photos showing the problem (damaged item, packaging, or printing error)

  3. Keep the item unused and in its original condition

Once we verify the issue, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost or

  • Issue a full refund for the affected item


What We Cannot Accept

As each item is made specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size, colour, or style selection
  • Slight variations in colour tone or print placement within production tolerances
  • Orders returned due to incorrect shipping details provided at checkout

Since each product is made specifically for your order, we do not have the capacity to process returns outside of the above circumstances.


Damaged in Transit

If your package is damaged during delivery:

  1. Take photos of the damaged item, the packaging, and the shipping label

  2. Contact us within 14 days of delivery

We will assess your claim and provide a replacement or refund if eligible.


Your Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law. If goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
