  • Production usually takes 3–7 business days after your order is placed.

  • Once your order enters production, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

2. Shipping Times

We only ship within the United Kingdom.

  • Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days after production is complete.

  • These times are provided by Printful and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to postal services or other factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • UK standard shipping is usually £3-£7, dependant on product purchased.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take 24–48 hours to appear.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order is lost, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@lba174.co.uk.

  • Include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

  • We will work with Printful to issue a replacement or refund where applicable.

6. Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or postal services.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

  • Minor variations in print placement or colour tone are not considered defects and cannot be refunded.
