These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the purchase of products from LBA174 Studios Limited. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products

All products are made to order through our third-party fulfillment partner, Printful. Because items are custom printed specifically for each order, we do not hold stock.

While we make every effort to display colours and designs accurately, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or printing processes.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

All information provided is accurate
You are authorised to use the payment method provided

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have entered production.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected.

A legally binding contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline any order prior to dispatch.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be received in full before production begins.

Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes if ordering outside the UK.

5. Shipping

Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. Production time is separate from shipping time.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

6. Returns & Refunds Policy

All products sold by LBA174 Studios are custom made-to-order and printed specifically for each customer.

Under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel within 14 days does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.

As our products are made to order, we only offer returns, refunds, or replacements where items are defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, in line with our fulfilment partner’s guidelines.

Eligible Returns

You may request a refund or replacement if:

The item is defective
The item is damaged in transit
The item is misprinted or not as ordered
You received the wrong item

To be eligible:

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
Provide clear photo evidence of the issue
Keep the item unused and in its original condition

If approved, we will provide a replacement at no cost or issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size, colour, or style selection
Minor variations in print placement or colour tone
Orders returned due to incorrect shipping details

Because items are custom made, we do not have the capacity to process refunds or exchanges outside of the eligible criteria above.

7. Damaged in Transit

If your package is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 14 days with photos of:

The damaged item
The packaging
The shipping label

We will assess the claim and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Consumers have legal rights if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Our returns policy complies with these rights.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, graphics, and content on this website are the intellectual property of LBA174 Studios and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
